toyinToyin Dawodu, MBA, Graduated from South Bank Polytechnic in London in Food Technology, in 1981 and followed up his educational career with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA in business marketing from California State University San Bernardino in 1984 and 1985 respectfully. Since 1985, Toyin has been an entrepreneur, and business developer. He has been a pioneer in various fields of endeavor, most notably the internet. In 2000, he founded the first internet company to develop a virtual desk, with applications that are now popular with social networking web sites, like Facebook and YouTube. His investment and financial management experience spans over 25 years as a  manager in the auto industry and later he served as President of First American Financial Group and First Financial Guaranty between 1991-1998 where he developed mortgage and investment products and managed over 100 employees. .Between 1999 and 2003, Toyin served as Chairman and President of T & S Investments, Inc. Between 2003-2007, Toyin was the founder and Chairman of Guaranty Investment Corporation where he helped developed over 300 residential and commercial properties in Southern California and generated revenue in excess of $50 million USD.  In 2007 Toyin led the technical and management team that developed Difron, an internet device that transmits video from the internet to the television. In 2008, Toyin became the Managing Partner for Capital Development Group, a diversified Investment Company, dedicated to developing infrastructure worldwide. Mr. Toyin Dawodu is also licensed as Real Estate Broker by the California Department of Real Estate. In 2003, Toyin Dawodu, as president of Saigant Technologies Inc. was nominated for achievement in Technical Ingenuity in recognition of outstanding vision, ingenuity and dedication that transform technology into new products and companies, and enhancing the economic development of the Inland Empire, California U.S.A. In 2005 Toyin also received the N.A.A. C.P Freedom Fund Award.

kingslyKingsley Okundaye, MACP – Studied Accounting and Human Behavior Management in Italy and the United States of America respectively. His education is augmented with over 30 years of progressively responsible management experience in both public and private sectors.  He started his professional career as an Accountant with Nigerian Cocoa Board and became the Northern Regional Accountant of the Board in Yola, prior to relocating to the United States. Mr. Okundaye has held various management positions in several public and private entities in the United States which include; Training Supervisor – Payless Corporation; Operations Manager – Home Base; Operations Manager – Toy R Us; District Manager – Winchells Corporation; Area Supervisor – Atlantic Richfield Oil Corporation.  Mr. Kingsley Okundaye served as President and Chief Operating Officer – Intra Global Access Solutions Inc. before joining Capital Investment Group as Executive Director.  His experience in strategic planning and flair for expanding business territories has been a welcomed addition to Capital Investment group.

A United States citizen born in Columbia, South Carolina in 1960.

Joined the U.S. Army in1978 and worked in the communications field covert operations central European theatre until 1984. Attended University of Maryland communication courses from 1984-1987. Worked for European Stars and Stripes (American news paper in Europe) 1984-1987. Worked for Motorola Inc Communications and Electrics Div. 1988-1996. Worked with Tow-Way Radio and Trunked communication systems. Helped install and Beta tested the Nextel communications system.

In 1996 I started Asset Management Consultants Inc. Worked with domestic and international Trust assets i.e. Swiss Trust and Offshore Private Banking.

In 1998 I started Visage 1 LLC (another consulting co.) to address the need for international infrastructure financing in Africa. With their own assets.

I established working relationships with The South African Diamond Board, diamond and gold miners in South Africa, DRC, Botswana and Zambia. I helped provide financing for mining equipment, road, and power plants working with local assets and European banks and venture capitalist. My goal is to help the continent of Africa become self reliant and a major player in the world financial markets.
